How to establish an
ADMINISTERED SCHOLARSHIP:
Anchor Scholarship Foundation established the Administered Scholarship Program (ASP) in 2016. Annual donations equal to or greater than $3,000 can be used to establish an administered scholarship.
Administered scholarships provide the donor an opportunity to require that additional selection criteria is met during selection (for example-command dependent, officer dependent, enlisted dependent, STEM student).
Funding for the scholarship is the sole responsibility of the sponsoring command, organizations or individuals. Funds must be received by 1 March, otherwise the scholarship will not be awarded that year.
To apply for any administered scholarship you must complete the ASF pre-qualification and scholarship application.
Contact our Executive Director, Joy Eyrolles, to discuss establishing an administered scholarship for your command, company, organization or family member.
