Kennedy’s current role is as a contractor with the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Transportation Policy. She supports the office’s initiatives in transportation metrics analysis, drafting policy, working to create legislative proposals and general office logistics support. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
”With help from the Anchor Scholarship, I was able to tackle my very first year of college with confidence in my abilities and accomplishments. I now see firsthand how valuable scholarships can be for students working toward a degree; with the aid of grants and scholarships, it is sometimes the only way for students to afford college. I am so thankful for the Anchor Scholarship and all it has helped me achieve so far in my career.”
