I would like to share my sincerest gratitude for your generous gift. With your donation that the Anchor Scholarship Foundation has awarded me, I am able to support my parents in financing my undergraduate degrees.

I am currently a rising senior at Tufts University and am majoring in Biology and Environmental Science. Outside of classes, I work in research and this summer I have an internship with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. After I graduate, I plan on working for a few years to save up before attending PA school and working towards a masters in public health. I am passionate about public health and believe everyone has the right to affordable and effective health care. With my education and work experiences, I aim to work towards improvements in the cost-effectiveness ratio in the U.S. health care system.

I feel so lucky to have the parents and opportunities that allow me to continue my education and work towards my academic and career pursuits. This gratitude motivates me to give back to my communities. I hope with my undergraduate diploma and my future education I will be well-prepared to make a positive impact on my country and support those who need it. It is not without the generosity of those like yourself that students like me can continue to seek this rewarding higher education.
