Your generosity in helping me, and others like me, is truly noble.  The military community has always been very helpful and extremely supportive throughout my life, for me, my family, and other military families.  I am proud to be from a military family, and I can’t imagine NOT having military roots. Your support means so much to me, and I can’t thank you enough. The cost to attend college is so expensive that most high school graduates simply can’t afford to pay tuition without help from organizations such as yours.  There are many students who won’t even consider college an option because it would mean automatic debts.  Your contribution will help me to focus on my studies without having to worry constantly about college costs and overwhelming debt upon graduation.  I am so very thankful for the opportunity to go to college, and I look forward to attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham to study Engineering.
